ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE This matter came before the Court on February 19, 2004. The Court finds that Defendant made a timely demand for trial by jury in the Guadalupe County Magistrate Court and the Defendant was denied his right to trial by jury. IT IS ORDERED that Uniform Traffic Citation No. 3850742-2, issued June 10 2003, is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
